Dr. Awad Holding Law Firm brings together experienced legal professionals, including former judges from courts of appeal and courts of first instance across several disciplines. The firm’s published contact location is Pavilion Al Khobar, Al Khobar.

Academic and professional foundations

Dr. Awad Al-Muhaimzi began his specialist studies at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud University in 2002, graduating with distinction and honours. He began professional practice in Sharia and law in 2012, working across commercial, civil, employment, criminal and enforcement matters.

His master’s research addressed enforcement disputes involving commercial papers under Saudi enforcement and commercial papers legislation. He earned his doctorate from King Faisal University with distinction and honours.
