Dr. Awad Al Muhaimzi is a licensed lawyer and a full member of the Saudi Bar Association. He began practising in Sharia and law in 2012, following an academic journey that began in 2002.

Academic qualifications

• Doctorate from King Faisal University, awarded with distinction and honours.
• Bachelor’s degree from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, awarded with distinction and honours.
• Master’s research on disputes concerning the enforcement of commercial papers, awarded with distinction and honours.
• Diploma in labour adjudication from the Judicial Training Center.

Professional focus

Legal practice, advisory work and arbitration in real estate, commercial, employment and enforcement disputes. He is also a legal trainer accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation.
